FAQ's

1. All Hotel charges will be on a meal plan specified by the booking office.
2. Deposits:
a. Overseas Bookings –A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the cost of reserved accommodation is payable by all persons other than
those having negotiated agreed credit terms and this amount is payable not later than 35 days prior to the first day of intended occupation.e
b. Local bookings – A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the cost of reserved accommodation is payable by all persons other than those
having Negotiated agreed credit terms and this amount is payable not later than 30 days prior to the first day of intended occupation.
c. These deposits to be offset against the change of accommodation or cancellation fee.
3. Bookings should be re-confirmed not later than 35 days prior to the date of arrival.
4. Bookings for JULY and AUGUST require a non-refundable deposit of 50% and the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival date.
5. All overdue accounts shall incur 5% interest per month from due date.

a) Child under 2 years sharing a room with 1-2 adults is accommodated on a complimentary basis, child 3 to 12 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults is
charged 50% of the per person adult rate.
b) If own room is required 75% of adult rate is chargeable.
c) One child sharing with one adult, child 50% of person sharing and adult half of the double room rate.
d) One adult sharing with 2 children; each child 50% of per person sharing and adult half the double room rates.

All rates quoted are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of the relevant taxes and levies. These rates are subject to change without prior notice though rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation will be required to secure your booking. Where rates are affected by changes in Government taxes, we reserve the right to pass on such increases. No credit can be given for meals not taken for pre- booked accommodation plans which include meals. We regret that we cannot accept either personal cheques unless cleared in advance prior to arrival. We are pleased to accept the following cards: Visa, Access/Master card, JCB, Senator as well as Diners international.

A. Cancellation between 60-31 days prior to arrivals date: will incur 15% of the quotation.
B. Cancellation between 30-16 days prior to arrival date: will incur 30% of the quotation.
C. Cancellation between 15-1day (including NO-SHOW) prior to arrival date: will incur 100% of the quotation.
